How can I be a part of the 'In My Room' series?
Bedtime stories is a visual series that celebrates the stories of ReFramed customers through meaningful conversations in their bedrooms. We are always on the lookout for new stories to share and work through our own database to find customers to profile. When was ReFramed founded?
ReFramed was founded in 2021 by Kasper Simonsen, after working years within the design industry and sleeping on a mattress on the floor in his home in London.
Products
What is the country of origin of your products?
Our products are locally produced in both Denmark and Sweden. Headboards and storage are from Portugal.
Where can I buy your products?
You can only buy our products at ReFramedbrand.com, but we’ll soon be available in various retailers across Europe.
What does flat-packed mean?
To put it simply it means the components of the bed are packed compactly and flat in a box for easy transport. As a result of this we can fit 72 beds on one pallet from our factory to the warehouse. Additionally, the size of the box enables delivery with GLS or UPS meaning that we’ll deliver the box directly to your door. No more waiting at home for a curbside delivery with 4 friends to carry up your new bed.
How easy is it to assemble the bed?
The record time to beat is currently 4 minutes. If that doesn’t sound easy, then we don’t know what does.

How can I see what the bed looks like in a real space?
If you're in Copenhagen stop by our showroom and get a feel for the bed in real life. Alternatively, grasp the feeling through our "In My Room" which is a visual series that celebrates the stories of ReFramed customers through meaningful conversations in their bedrooms.
What are the exact dimensions?
The bed is only available in the current dimensions 140x200, 150x200, 160x200 and 180x200.
Do you make the bed in custom sizes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any beds in custom sizes. But if you have any specific inquiry that on a bigger order, please let us know and we can might sort it out.
Can I change my bed size over time?
No it is currently not possible eller currently it is not possible. However, if you already have purchased a bed and need to upgrade to another size, get in touch with our team and we can figure something out.
Delivery & Returns
How soon can I get the bed?
If your bed is in stock then it’ll be with you within 3-5 working days. If you are ordering from the UK then within 6-7 working days.
Where is my order?
Once you have completed your order online you will receive an email with your tracking number. Here you can see where your order is.
What is the return process?
We don't offer returns on beds that have been opened and assembled. The reason for this is that we can't resell the product as new once it has been out of the box.
If your bed is unopened you can send it to us at own cost.
Do you deliver outside EU?
Currently, we only deliver to countries in Europe.
My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
Send us an email at hello@reframebrand.com with details of what happened to the bed and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
My product is missing some parts, what do I do?
Send us an e-mail at hello@reframebrand.com with details of what parts are missing including photos of all the parts you’ve received and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Do I pay for the return shipping costs?
Yes. If you regret your purchase there will be a small collection fee unless the product has arrived damaged or parts are missing.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, bank transfers, and soon Klarna.
When will I be charged for payment?
You will be charged once purchased.
Do the prices on the site include tax?
Yes, it does.
Sustainability
What do you do to be sustainable?
We recycle. Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We do not make any decision without considering the impact on the environment. When purchasing a bed you will easily be able to see the direct Co2 footprint of each product.
What is the total climate emission of a bed?
It is 49 kg of Co2 for a standard king-size 160 bed. This is equivalent to 82 cups of coffee or 4.5 steaks.

Mattress
What type of mattress should I have for my bed?
Any latex memory foam or spring mattress works. If you have any questions about what mattress to use, do not hesitate to reach out to us at hello@reframedbrand.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I use my box mattress?
No, you can’t. Box mattresses are mainly a Scandinavian thing and are becoming less popular, so it may soon be time for you to upgrade your mattress anyway.
