When was ReFramed founded?
ReFramed was founded in 2021 by Kasper Simonsen, after years in the design industry — and years of sleeping on a mattress on the floor in his London home.

Where can I buy your products?
You can buy our products at reframedbrand.com and we’ll soon be available in various retailers across Europe.
North American customers can find our products through Design Within Reach at dwr.com
How can I see what the bed looks like in a real space?
We don’t have a showroom at the moment, but we hope you can get a feel for our universe through “In My Room” - a visual series that celebrates ReFramed customers through meaningful conversations in their bedrooms.
Soon, you'll also be able to find and experience our bed frames in retail stores across Europe.
What are the exact dimensions?
Both our TR and MC-1 bed frames are available for EU 140cm, 150cm, 160cm and 180cm mattresses. For more info, please visit the corresponding product pages.
How easy is it to assemble your beds?
Our TR bed frame comes together in under 10 minutes - the current record is 4 minutes.
The MC-1 bed frame takes about 15 minutes to assemble. If that’s not easy, we don’t know what is.
What does flat-packed mean?
Simply put, this means the bed components are packed flat and compactly in a box for easy transport. The box sizes are designed to fit GLS or UPS delivery requirements, so we can conveniently deliver it straight to your door.
Do you make the bed in custom sizes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer beds in custom sizes. However, if you have a specific inquiry regarding a larger order, please let us know - we might be able to find a solution.
Can I change my bed size over time?
No, it’s not possible at the moment. However, if you’ve already purchased a bed and would like to upgrade to a different size, please contact our team - we’ll do our best to find a solution.
What is the country of origin of your products?
Our products are locally made in Denmark, Hungry, Latvia, and Sweden.
All our production stays within Europe, and our warehouse is based locally in Denmark.

Mattress
What type of mattress should I have for my bed?
Any latex memory foam or spring mattress works. If you have any questions about what mattress to use, do not hesitate to reach out to us at hello@reframedbrand.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I use my box mattress?
No, you can’t. Box mattresses are primarily a Scandinavian concept and are becoming less common — so it might be the perfect time to upgrade your mattress anyway.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, bank transfers, and Klarna.
When will I be charged for payment?
You will be charged once purchased.
Do the prices on the site include tax?
Yes, they do.
Delivery & Returns
Do you deliver outside EU?
Currently, we only deliver to countries within Europe.
However, our North American customers can find our products through Design Within Reach at dwr.com
How soon can I get the bed?
Please refer to the individual product pages for expected delivery times.
Where is my order?
Once you’ve completed your order online, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your order and see its current status.
My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
Send us an email at hello@reframebrand.com with your order number, details and pictures and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
My product is missing some parts, what do I do?
Send us an email at hello@reframebrand.com with your order number, details and pictures and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
What is the return process?
We don’t accept returns for beds that have been opened or assembled, as they can’t be resold as new once unpacked. However, if your bed is still unopened, you’re welcome to return it to us at your own cost.
Do I pay for the return shipping costs?
Yes. If you change your mind about your purchase, a small collection fee will apply, unless the product arrived damaged or with missing parts.
