Trade FAQ
What's the typical lead time for trade orders?
Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation. For larger projects or non-standard finishes, we'll confirm exact timing in your quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no formal MOQ, but our project pricing applies from 5 beds and scales with volume. Smaller orders are welcome at standard pricing.
Can the MC-1 be customised (RAL, dimensions, finishes)?
Yes — the MC-1 is available in custom RAL colours and a range of standard sizes. Bespoke dimensions can be discussed for larger projects. Mention your requirements in the form and we'll come back with options.
What's your warranty for project orders?
All MC-1 frames come with a 5-year structural warranty. Project-specific warranty terms can be agreed in the order confirmation.
What are your shipping terms?
We ship worldwide on EXW, DAP or DDP terms depending on destination and project requirements. Your quote will include the recommended option for your delivery address.
What payment terms do you offer for trade?
For confirmed projects we typically work with a deposit on order and balance before shipping. Net terms can be discussed for established partners.
