Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers who purchase products online have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact ReFramed before returning the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received - unassembled, unaltered, and complete with all original parts. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all protective materials and accessories included at the time of delivery. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a deduction in the refund amount.

You may inspect the product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. However, if the product has been assembled or used beyond what is necessary for such inspection, you may be liable for any resulting reduction in value, and this amount may be deducted from your refund where permitted by applicable law.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that you keep all original packaging and do not fully assemble or use the bed until you are certain that you wish to keep it.

Return Shipping

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be charged for the cost of returning the product. The applicable collection cost will be communicated to you before the return is arranged.

If the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us before arranging any return. Where the product is defective or does not conform to the contract, ReFramed will cover the necessary return costs in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Once a valid withdrawal has been exercised and the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods and verified that the return conditions have been met.

Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
