The headboard brief was simple - to make a bracket that would allow us to do different headboards with time. The first launch is an ash veneer. We want to contrast the aluminum bed frame with something softer. Ash seemed like the perfect choice.

Do I need slats?
More than 80% of people own a spring or memory foam mattress, if this is also the case for you, then you need to purchase slats from us as well.
However, some people [especially in Scandinavia] own a box mattress. If you own a box mattress you do not need to add slats to your cart.
